The end of another month and I don't know where the time has gone. The time is going faster and faster and Our Little Angel is growing so quick.
Granddad, Granny and Shauna all came up to see us today and Mummy made a gorgeous meal for us all. Granny and Granddad bought Johanna a Pair of Wellies today and they are green and look like crocodiles. Johanna put them on and was so funny trying to walk in them. Johanna went outside into the garden to play in her new wellies and had a great time splashing in the water and walking in the wet grass.
Granny, Granddad and Shauna stayed up with us until around 7:30pm but then they had to go back to Newbridge to pick up Uncle Ross and his girlfriend Nicola from work. Uncle Ross has now moved out of home and is now living with his girlfriend Nicola in a lovely apartment. We sent them down a present of a toaster, kettle and sandwich maker.
Just after Granny, Granddad and Shauna left Johanna's other Granddad and Aunties Meg and Kerri came over. They stayed for a bit and then Granddad and Aunty Meg left but Aunty Kerri stayed for the night and Johanna was so happy to have Kerri around. They were playing games and Kerri read some stories to Johanna. Johanna had a great time but got tired and then went to bed. Kerri went to bed a while after.

Thank God the weekend is here again and even better is that it is a Bank Holiday on Monday. Today we got up early and all had a bath or shower. After breakfast we all got our bits together and headed off to Dublin.
This morning we were going to get photos taken at a photo studio in Dublin. When we got there the girl asked what Johanna was going to wear as the room that the photos were going to be taken in was all white so we picked the skirt and top that Johanna's Granny and Granddad bought her for her birthday. It was lovely and very bright.
We had so much fun when the girl was taking the photos she made it so easy and Johanna loved it. We have to go back next week to preview the photos. They should be very good as we were running, sitting and lying in some of them.
After the photo shot we headed in to the St Stephen's Green shopping centre to meet Uncle Adrian for some lunch. Johanna was so happy to see her Godfather and we went shopping after lunch. After we finished shopping we went back to Bray to Adrian's house. We stayed for a coffee and played in the garden for a while. Johanna loves being outside and loves playing in the grass.
A while after we got back to our house Granddad Frank and Aunties Meg and Kerri called over to see us. They stayed for a bit and the two girls were playing with Johanna. Johanna had so much fun and the girls could not get over how many words and sentences Johanna can say now. They both thought it was cool when Johanna said their names.
Then the had to go back to Granddads house so we read some stories and then it was time for Johanna to got to bed.

It has now been raining for the past few days. We can't go out, as the rain is so heavy. We were reading stories and playing games for most of the day. Johanna loves her books and loves to have a story read to her.
In the afternoon the rain was not as heavy so we headed over to see Nora, Ben and Sam. Johanna loves playing with the two boys and its nice for her to see kids her own age. Sam is just a little over a month older than Johanna and Ben is around three years old. We stayed there for a good while and when Mummy got home early we were still there.
Mummy stayed for a while longer than Johanna and Daddy. Daddy brought his little angel home to give her a bottle and put her to bed for a nap.
Later on we all spent the rest of the day doing bits together as a family. Its great to spend the time together and we all had a marvellous time. Then Johanna headed off to bed.
Johanna is so good and we are so lucky to have a little angel like her. Johanna is really starting to talk a lot now and she is getting better and better as the days go on. We love our little angel so much and thank God every day for her.

Today we did not do much as the weather is so bad. It was raining all day. Johanna and Daddy watched some Barney and Hi5 in the morning.
Later on in the afternoon Johanna and Daddy read some stories and did some colouring. Johanna was also learning her ABC's and her 123's.
When Mummy came home we had some dinner and then Mummy read some stories to her little angel. Then we put on some music and Johanna had a great time dancing around the sitting room. There were lots of ABBA songs on the TV, and they were one of Johanna's Oma's favourite bands. Johanna loves music and loves to dance. Then it was time for bed and off she went like the good little girl that she is.

Mummy is back in work today and Johanna and Daddy are at home with Meg. Meg slept on late and Granddad had already called to the house.
Daddy dressed Johanna and then Johanna, Meg and Daddy all went outside to the front road to play with Johanna's new bike. Meg was pushing Johanna up and down the road and then they were chasing Daddy up and down the road. After a while a friend of Daddy's called him and we went over to her house. Nora, Ben and Sam were there and Johanna was playing out in the garden for a while with Ben. Then we headed home.
We all had some lunch and then Johanna went down for a long nap. Daddy was then working on the computer with Meg. When Johanna woke up we played outside in the garden.
We had a nice dinner and Johanna ate all of hers. Johanna loves fish and Daddy did some salmon. Granddad Frank and Aunty Meg stayed for dinner as well.
When Mummy came home she had her dinner and then played with her little angel for a while. Then Granddad and Meg had to go back to his house. We just took it easy for the rest of the evening and went to bed early.

In the morning we all took it easy and just stayed around the house. Later on we got the car ready as it was time to head back home. Granny and Granddad were so sad to see Johanna leave and asked if she could stay with them for a few more days. We said no way and then everyone gave each other kisses and hugs and then we were off to Wicklow.
When we got home Johanna was so tired and had a bottle and went for a small nap. Then Granddad Frank and Aunty Meg called over to see us. They stayed for dinner and Johanna had a great time playing with them and Meg read Johanna a story or two. Meg was so happy to hear Johanna say her name. Johanna is saying so many words now and is even starting to put them in to sentences. If you tell Johanna to say something she will repeat the words back to you, its cool.
Later on Granddad had to go out to a meeting so Meg stayed with us for the night. Johanna and Meg were playing away in the sitting room and had so much fun. Then Johanna headed off to bed for the night.

Mummy and Daddy are still in Kilkenny and were missing their little angel even more. Mummy and Daddy had a great time and had some more treatments this morning. They also went for a nice swim. They stopped off in Carlow Town on their way back to Granny and Granddad's house.
When Mummy and Daddy got back they had some lovely flowers and a card for Granny and Granddad and a surprise for Johanna. Johanna was so happy to see us, her little face lit up so much and she came running towards us. We all had a great big hug and lots of kisses. Then we gave her the surprise, it was a Barney soft toy and Johanna loved it so much and kept saying Barney, Barney, and Barney.
We took it easy for a while and then went for a walk and then Johanna, Mummy and Granny all went over to Dunne's Stores to get some bits.
Later on we just played some games outside on the green and read a few stories. We were all just so happy to be back together as a family. We had missed Johanna so much.

Today is a big day for us all; this is because Mummy and Daddy are heading off to Kilkenny for the next two days. This will be the first time both Mummy and Daddy will be away from their little angel at the same time.
Mummy and Daddy gave Johanna her bottle and her breakfast before leaving. It was so hard to leave her there but we knew that she was in good hands as Granny and Granddad were going to be minding her.
Mummy and Daddy went to Kilkenny Castle for a visit and then went to the hotel. The hotel was 4 stars and it was fantastic. This was Daddy's present for Father's Day. Mummy and Daddy had a great time was missed their little angel so much and we spent most of the time talking about her.
Daddy had a nice hot stone massage and then Mummy and Daddy went for a swim. Later on Mummy and Daddy had an incredible meal at the hotel.
Johanna spent her day with Granny and Granddad and went over to her cousin Nicole's birthday party. Everyone had a great time. Johanna then went back to Granny's for the rest of the day. Granny and Granddad spent the day reading stories and playing games. Johanna had a wonderful day and did not miss Mummy or Daddy but they missed her so much.

Today Our little Angel is One Year and Four Months Old. We are so lucky to have a great little girl. Johanna is so good most of the time and loves reading stories, playing games, watching Barney and of course riding her new bike.
Johanna and Daddy headed off to Newbridge this morning and when we got there Granny and Granddad were so happy to see her. Aunty Natasha and Cousins Nicole and Alan were also there and Johanna had a great time playing outside on the green with them.
Mummy got a half-day from work and was in Newbridge nice and early. We all had some lunch and then went for a walk down the town. Uncle Ross and his girlfriend Nicola were playing with Johanna for a while.
Later on we went down to see some friends of Mummy and Daddy's. Jonathan and Ellen had a baby boy on Wednesday. He was a lovely little boy and they were so happy. They now have three boys. We stayed there for a while and then went back to Granny's to put Johanna down for the night.

Johanna will be 1 Year and 4 Months Old tomorrow. How quick the time has gone by. Johanna is growing so fast that she is now a little girl.
In the morning we read some stories and played a few games. Johanna watched her Barney DVD and then went down for a nap.
Later on Johanna and Daddy went out for a drive and we played her Winnie The Pooh Music CD in the car. Johanna loves to listen to that CD. When we got back Johanna and Daddy brought Johanna's bike outside to the road. We went up and down the road and some of our neighbours stopped to say hi and could not get over how much Johanna speaks. They said she has loads of words for her age.
When we came in Johanna had her bottle and went down for a nap. Then when Johanna woke up Daddy cooked a nice dinner. Mummy was a bit late today as she was on the late train.
Mummy gave her little angel a bath and of course Johanna had the water all over the place as usual. Johanna loves getting her bath and loves the water so much she has so much fun. Then Mummy read her little angel some stories and then it was time for bed.

Johanna is now starting to like Barney a lot. Johanna watches Barney every morning as Daddy does his exercises. She also likes Hi5, as there is loads of singing and dancing in it.
We played out in the garden in the morning and then in the afternoon we went over to see Nora, Ben and Sam. Johanna was playing with the boys and had a great time. Then Mummy came home early and met us at Nora's.
When we got home we had some dinner and then Johanna went down for a nap. Later on when she woke up Mummy read her some stories and then we all danced around the sitting listening to ABBA music that was playing on the TV. Johanna had so much fun and was dancing so much, waving her arms in the air and twirling around as she danced.
Then it was time to head to bed so Johanna had her bottle and went straight down like a great little girl.

Johanna and Daddy were playing outside in the garden for most of the day, as the weather was great. Johanna loves being outside and was playing in her pool.
Later on we went out on to the road at the front of the house to ride Johanna's new bike. We went up and down the road so many times and Johanna had so much fun.
Granddad Frank called over to see us and played with Johanna for a good while. He stayed for a few hours. Johanna was so happy to see her Granddad and had so much fun playing with him.
When Mummy came home we all had some dinner and then took it easy for the rest of the evening by reading stories and playing games together.

The start of another week is here again. Mummy is in work and Johanna and Daddy are at home. Johanna's teeth have stopped hurting her again at least for a while anyway.
We watched some Barney and Hi5 in the morning. Then Johanna went down for a nap. After that Johanna woke and we had some lunch together.
Later on we went down to the river and seaside for a walk and we brought some bread to feed the ducks and swans. Johanna loved seeing all the birds.
When we got home we read some stories and played a few games outside then Johanna went down for another nap. When Mummy got home we had something to eat and then we went out on to the road with Johanna's new bike. Johanna love being on the bike and had so much fun.
When we came back in we read some stories and watched some Barney. Then it was time for Our Little Angel to go to bed so off she went like a good little girl.

JOHANNA'S FIRST TIME TO VISIT THE ZOO IN DUBLIN
Today was another special day for us all. Yesterday Johanna got her first bike and helmet and today is Johanna's first time to go to the Zoo in Dublin.
We left the house around 10:30am and headed straight to the Zoo. When we got there the queue was not too bad. We ended up joining the Zoo for a year. The membership lets us get in for free for the whole year and Johanna is free up until the age of three.
We all had a great time and Johanna loved seeing all the different animals. Johanna saw the Tigers, Lions, Elephants, Monkeys, Sea lions, and loads of lovely birds. There was so much to do and see and there is a new part called the African Planes that was so good. Johanna was also making sounds of some of the animals.
We stayed in the Zoo for hours and Johanna, Mummy and Daddy all had an unbelievable time. We are all looking forward so much to the next time when we will visit the Zoo again.
When we got home we played outside in the garden for a while and then we played in the sitting room. Johanna was still making the sounds of the animals. We read some stories and then Mummy gave Johanna her bath and then it was off to bed for our tired little girl.

JOHANNA'S FIRST BIKE AND HELMET WAS BOUGHT TODAY
We all got up early today and after everyone had some breakfast we all headed off into Dublin. We were going in to look for Johanna first bike. Johanna has grown so much over the last few months that if we waited until Christmas for Santa to bring it Johanna would not get that long out of it.
In the end we bought the bike in Smyth's Toy Store. It's called a Little Tikes Lo-Rider. Johanna looks so cool on it and she loves all the buttons on it. The buttons say turning right and a light flashes, turning left and a light flashes, a horn, crashing sounds and an engine sound too. After buying the bike we headed over to a different shop to buy Johanna her first Helmet. It was a lovely little pink one with white flowers on it. Johanna did not mind wearing it at all.
When we got home Mummy put the bike together and then Johanna had a go out in the garden. Johanna loved every second of it and we will take her out on to the road some day next week for a longer spin.
Later on we all went out for a nice walk and then when we got back Johanna was playing in the sitting room for a while. Daddy read his little angel some stories and then it was time for bed. Johanna's teeth are at her again.
