15/7/2005
Johanna is now starting to come back to her old self again. Johanna has been getting some new teeth over the last few days and was very sore.

We were playing outside in the garden for the most of the day, as the weather is still fantastic. Johanna loves being outside and loves playing with her pool.

Mummy was home early today and her little angel was so glad to see her. We have loads of things planned for the weekend.

We all went for a walk and then played outside in the garden. Then it was time for Johanna's bath and then a story before heading of to bed for the night.

This morning Johanna is still not back to her old self. Johanna now loves to watch Barney & Friends on the TV and Mummy bought her a DVD of Barney the other day so every morning Johanna watches it and loves every second of it.

We played a few games and read some stories and then we started to play with some jigsaws.

Later on we played outside in the garden and Johanna was playing in her pool and had so much fun. When Mummy came home we spent the rest of the day playing and read stories and Johanna went down for a nap.

Then it was time for bed and Johanna went straight down and we hope she will be ok tonight?

Today Daddy and Johanna went for a nice walk down the sea front. We were walking for a while and Daddy took Johanna out of her buggy and went down to the sea. Johanna had a great time watching the waves coming in and out. Then we started to throw some stones in to the sea and we splashed everywhere.

When we were walking back to the car Johanna saw a lot of dogs and she kept making the sound of a dog Woof, Woof. We had a great time at the seaside and then we went home again.

Later on Johanna was playing in her pool but this time Daddy put in some plastic balls instead of water. Johanna loves the outdoors and had a ball in the pool.

Mummy got home nice and early so we had dinner early. Then we all went for a walk down the town to get a few bits. When we got home we played a few games and then it was time for Johanna to go to asleep.

Johanna woke up around 2am and was not feeling well. Her little teeth were killing her and she did not go back to sleep until nearly 5am. The heat has played a part in Johanna not sleeping through the night. Hopeful she will be ok tomorrow.

The weather is still great and in the morning we went for a lovely walk. When we got back Johanna was playing inside with her toys for a while and then went down for a nap. Johanna has not being sleeping to good as the weather is very hot and her room is so warm.

That afternoon Daddy got Johanna's Paddling Pool out of the shed. Daddy filled the pool with water and when Johanna woke-up Daddy put Johanna in to the pool. Johanna had so much fun in the pool she loves the water and was splashing the water all over the place.

Later on when Mummy came home we all spent some time together as a family just chilling out reading a few stories and playing a game or two.

Today Johanna and Daddy went down to the river and were looking at the ducks and swans. Then Johanna got out off the buggy and was walking around along the river. Daddy was throwing stones in to the water and Johanna though it was so funny and then Johanna started to throw some in as well.

We stayed down by the river for a while and Johanna had a great time running around in the grass and was playing with a dog. Then we walk for a nice walk and headed home after that.

When we got home we read some stories and played a game or two. Then Johanna went down for her nap.

When Mummy came home we all had some dinner and then played outside in the garden. Then Mummy read her little angel some stories and then fed her a bottle and off to bed Johanna went.

Today is Cousin Ciaran's 3rd Birthday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY CIARAN. Mummy got up with Johanna and gave her, her bottle and breakfast while Daddy had a lie in. When Daddy got up he played with Johanna for a little bit before she went for a nap.

When Johanna got up we all had some lunch before we headed off to meet Uncle Adrian in Wicklow and go swimming in Corna Bay. We all had a ball; Johanna loves the water and keeps calling the pool the big bath. She was swimming and splashing us all. We brought her pink beach ball and she was pushing it along the water to each of us.

When we got home Johanna had her bottle and went for a nap, as she was tired after all the swimming. Then we chatted with Adrian and caught up on all his news.

Later on Granddad Frank called over and we all had dinner together. After Dinner we all played for a while and Johanna read some stories, then we went for a walk and then it was time for her bottle and bed.

We all got up together today and Mummy fed Johanna as Daddy did his exercises. Then Mummy went back to her studying again.

Johanna and Daddy played outside in the garden and the weather was great. Mummy came out before she left to go to her exams. Daddy and Johanna played outside again for a while and then went for a nap.

When Mummy came home we all went for a walk down by the sea and back in to the town. Then we did the shopping in Tesco's. When we got home we had some dinner and Johanna went down for her nap.

Later on we all went outside to the garden for a while, Johanna was on her tractor having lots of fun. We got a take away later on that evening and Johanna was eating some of the crackers. Then we read some stories and it was time for bed.



OUR LITTLE ANGEL IS GROWING TO FAST

Over the last few weeks Johanna has started to grow so fast. She is getting so tall and is speaking so much now. When we were in Newbridge she can say most of the kids names now, Granny, Granddad, Ball, Cat, Dog, Train, Car, Mat, Kitten, Banister, and loads more. Johanna loves to read stories and is starting to watch some cartoons on the TV. She likes Barney and Hi5.

Johanna has a load of new teeth and her hair is growing long and getting so thick. Johanna is starting to climb on to everything, we can't leave her for a second now but she is climbing onto the chairs. Johanna has now become a little lady that wants to do everything on her own. Our Little Angel has grown up so fast.

We thank God every day for Johanna and that she is so healthy. We are blessed with her and love her so much.

Today Mummy is off from work as she is studying for her exams that are tomorrow. Mummy got up before Johanna and Daddy and we all had our breakfast together. Then Johanna and Daddy read some stories and played a game outside in the garden.

In the afternoon Johanna and Daddy went over to see Nora, Ben and Sam. Johanna had a great time playing with the two lads. We stayed there for a while and then came home.

That evening we played outside in the garden for a while and then Daddy was not feeling well went to bed early after Mummy had finished studying.

Mummy and Johanna read some stories and enjoyed the time the had together and played some music and a few games before Johanna went to bed. Then Mummy did a bit more studying.

When we got up Granddad said that there was a bombing in London so we turned on Sky News to see what had happened. It was terrible what we had seen 4 bombs had gone off, three in the tubes and 1 in a bus. Over 50 people are now dead because of this. How do people live with themselves after doing a horrifying thing like that. It makes you think how lucky we are to be alive and well. God rest the souls of the people that died and who were injured in this sick crime.

After seeing that on the TV we had to go out for a walk and when we got back Johanna went down for a nap. Daddy got all the bits together and put them all in to the car. Uncle Robbie and Aunty Karina came over to get a lift to the airport off Granddad. They are off to Italy for a few days. Johanna was playing with her cousin Alan while Daddy got the rest of the bits and then we said good-bye to Granny and Alan. We went home via the Naas road and then on to the new M50 that has just opened. It was great a straight run on two lanes all the way to Wicklow.

Johanna fell asleep on the way home and Daddy unpacked the car as she slept. Mummy was home nice and early at 5pm. Johanna and Daddy were so happy to see Mummy and we gave each other loads of kisses and hugs.

We spent the rest of the evening playing games, reading stories and just being together as a family. It was great to be home again.

In the morning Johanna, Granny and Daddy went down the town for a walk. We got some bits and then came back to Granny's house. Shauna and Megan were over and were playing with Johanna for a while. Then it was time for a nap.

Later on Aunty Natasha and Cousins Alan and Nicole came over to Granny's to see Johanna. Johanna was playing loads of games and read a few stories with the kids. Then we all had some dinner and after dinner Granny was minding Johanna and Alan as Daddy had to drop Cousin Nicole to her Granny's in the Carragh Camp. Then Aunty Natasha and Daddy went over to Kildare to make Natasha's BBQ for her as Granddad bought her one as well on Sunday.

When we got back to Granny's house it was around 8:30pm and Granddad was giving Johanna her bottle. When Johanna was finished the bottle Daddy put her to bed and she went straight to sleep. Daddy stayed for about a half an hour to make sure Johanna was asleep and then Granddad was going to baby-sit for a few hours. Granny, Uncle Peter, Aunty Natasha and Daddy headed off to Great Aunty Margaret's house as there was a Huge Party on for all the family but no kids were allowed that's why Granddad had to baby-sit for me.

The party was a great laugh and it was great to see all the family in one place. We all had a great time and there was loads of fun had by everyone. Daddy came home around 12:15am but the party went on until the early hours of the morning.

ROSS'S 22ND BIRTHDAY TODAY. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROSS LOVE JOHANNA, DADDY AND MUMMY.

Uncle Ross is 22 years old today and we got him a lovely card and some scratch cards as well. We also sang Ross the Happy Birthday song. We went up to see Johanna's Great Granny Murphy and she was delighted to see us. We stayed there for a while and then went over to Great Aunty Margaret's house as some of Johanna's Great Aunties and Uncles were home from England. Everyone could not get over how big Johanna had gotten and said that she was a beautiful little girl. We saw Johanna's Great Uncle Phil his wife Carol and Carol's sister and her husband were all over from England for a visit.

Later on we went back to Granny's and had some dinner. Then we went for a walk and when we got back it was time for Johanna's bottle and she went straight to bed.

GRANNY'S 58TH BIRTHDAY TODAY. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANNY LOVE JOHANNA, DADDY AND MUMMY.

We got up before Granny and Johanna had her bottle and then we wrote Granny's cards for her birthday. Johanna wrote To Granny Happy Birthday Love Always Your Little Angel Johanna XOXOXOXOX. We put money in to both the cards and Granny was delighted. We also sang Granny the Happy Birthday song.

Then Uncle Pa dropped up Cousins Dayna and Sean as Granny was going to be baby-sitting them for the day. Later on we all went to the playground and they all had a great time. Then all the family called over to wish Granny a happy birthday. Johanna was playing with everyone and had lots and lots of fun.

Then Aunty Janette called up to get Dayna and Sean and they all stayed for some dinner. Then the kids played outside in the garden for a while. Then they all left so Johanna, Granny and Daddy went over to Aunty Margaret's house and Johanna got a load of toys off them. We also went down to the Grave Yard mass that was on in Newbridge. This mass is only on twice a year. Johanna was a good little girl and was quite all the time. We were standing at Johanna's Great Uncle Tony's Grave for the mass and later on we went over to Granddad's Dad's grave.

Then we went home and Johanna had her bottle and went to bed. Great little girl. Johanna has been missing her Mummy so much.

Mummy was working the whole weekend so when we got up she had already left to go to work. Mummy will not be coming back to Newbridge tonight, she will be staying in Wicklow.

When we got up Daddy fed Johanna her bottle and breakfast. Then Granny was minding Johanna as Granddad and Daddy went up to B & Q in Dublin to get Granddad a BBQ and some other bits.

When Granddad and Daddy got back they put the BBQ together. Johanna had a great time with her Granny and went for walks and they read some stories together. After the BBQ was built Granny, Johanna and Daddy went down the town to get some more bits for the BBQ.

When we got back Granddad was going to play pitch and putt with Johanna's cousin Paddy. Johanna, Granny and Daddy decided to have a BBQ and Uncle Robbie, Aunty Karina and Cousin Megan all came over for the BBQ. We all had a lovely meal and a nice chat.

Later on we read some stories and played a few games before Johanna headed off to bed for the night.

Saturday today and the weekend is here again. In the morning Cousins Dayna and Sean called up to see Johanna so we all went down to the playground. We stayed there for a few hours and they all had a great time on the slides, swings and all the other bits the played on. Then it was time for something to eat and then Johanna went down for a nap.

Later on when Johanna woke up Dayna and Sean had already went home but Johanna's other cousin Shauna was there. We all went down the town for a walk and then came home to watch some of the Live8 Concerts that were on all over the world. The Live8 Concerts were to make the 8 richest countries in the world to Make Poverty History in Africa. There were Concerts in London : England, Paris : France, Johannesburg : South Africa, Berlin : Germany , Moscow : Russia, Ontario : Canada , Philadelphia : U.S.A. and Rome : Italy.

Some of the bands and singers to play were U2, Paul McCartney, Coldplay, Elton John, Dido, Stereophonics, REM, Travis, Boomtown Rats, Annie Lennox, Sting, Snoop Dogg, UB40, Razorlight, Madonna, Robbie Williams, Mariah Carey, The Who, Pink Floyd and the list goes on and on. It was a great day and Johanna loved all the different types of music. Johanna was dancing around the sitting room with Daddy and Mummy.

Mummy came down around 7pm and we all had a great time together and spent the rest of the evening watching the Live8 Concert.

Friday the 1st of July, where has the time gone. Today Johanna and Daddy are going down to Newbridge to see all the family. Mummy is not coming down until tomorrow, as she has to work late tonight and is working tomorrow.

When we got down to Newbridge Granny and Granddad were both delighted to see their little angel. Granddad was showing Johanna all his birds and then they played outside in the garden for a while.

Later on Johanna, Granny and Daddy went down the town to get a few bits and called in to Johanna's Great Aunty Margaret's house. There were loads of Johanna's cousins there and Johanna had a great time playing with them all.

After dinner we all took it easy for the rest of the evening. We were just reading stories and playing games inside. Then Johanna had her bottle and went to bed.
