Just spent yesterday and today, chilling out with Rachel and Johanna after all the events of the past week. Spent lots of time playing with our little Angel.

This evening at 6.20pm Johanna rolled over from her stomach onto her back for the first time. She did it in front of Mummy, Daddy, Uncle Adrian, Granddad Frank, Aunt Meg, Aunt Kerri, Great Aunt Dea and Great Aunt Marijke. She really is such a clever girl and loves playing.
Today we went out to lunch with, Dea, Marijke, Grand-Dad Frank, Meg, Kerri and Mummy. We went to the Grand Hotel in Wicklow as Dea and Marijke are leaving to go home to Holland tomorrow morning.
Uncle Adrian came out after work to take photos in Wicklow.

Today we headed home from Newbridge and stopped in Knockraheen to see Johanna's great Aunts, Ada, Carole Anne and Great Uncles Pete and Nico and cousin Saskia.
We all had a lovely lunch and a great day. Then home to watch Holland play in the quarterfinals of Euro 2004. They bet Sweden 5-4 (on penalties).

Today we went down to Newbridge to Johanna's cousins Jamie 13th birthday party. Auntie Evelyn made us all a lovely dinner before we left.
Johanna slept through the entire party.

Today we started Baby Massage classes in Holles Street. They run for 3 weeks for an hour and a half each. We all really enjoyed it and are looking forward to the next two weeks.
After the class Mummy and Johanna went shopping in town to spend some of Johanna's christening money. Johanna got a Buggy Buddy and a Leap Pad Notebook.

Today Johanna is 3 months old. It is hard to believe how quick the time is going by. We are all enjoying the time with our special little girl. It has been great to have all the family around for the last week or so.
She now weighs 12lb and 8oz and is 61.5cm in length (Over 2 ft).

This morning Uncle Fran, Aunt Tanya and cousins Maeve and Ciaran, headed back to America. We are all going to miss them very very much. After they had left we spent some time opening all the presents Johanna got for her christening.

Today is Johanna's very special day; she was christened in St. Patrick's Church in Wicklow Town by Fr. O'Reilly. Her Godparents are Adrian Reilly (Rachel's brother) Evelyn Poole (David's sister) and Joanne and Gerald Clifford (Mummy and Daddy's very good friends).
We were joined by all our family and friends and would like to thank everyone for taking the time to join us on this very special day.
Afterwards we had a party in Clouseau's Night Club in Ashford where we all had some food and some drinks to toast Johanna.
Johanna got some lovely presents from everyone, which we have added to her gift list.

Today Uncle Adrian gave Johanna a Newcastle Football Club babygro as a christening present. He got it in the Newcastle Shop when he was over at a match with Daddy in January.
Uncle Adrian changed Johanna into the Newcastle Strip and brought her downstairs to show everyone. Granddad Frank was not very impressed and said he is going to buy her a Manchester United Strip next.

Today was Rachel's cousins Kimo's wedding day. We all went to Clara Vale Church to see the Bride and Groom. Johanna was very well behaved in the church. Uncle Adrian was photographer for the day, so we all got to see him in action. This was the first Wedding Johanna was at.
We still have David's sisters wedding to go to on the 9th July and Nora and Bobby's on the 14th August.

This morning Uncle Fran, Aunt Tanya and cousins Maeve and Ciaran arrived from America. It is great to see them and they all look really well. It was Johanna's first time to meet them all.
We spent the day catching up on news and had a lovely dinner together with all the extended family.

Today Great Aunt Dea and Great Aunt Marijke arrived from Holland. They are staying with us tonight, before heading up to Bray.

Today we went into Bankcentre, where Mummy worked before she moved to the IFSC. We collected Johanna's Christening Candle which was hand made especially for her. It has her name, the date and the name of the church on it.
Uncle Adrian got his results from college today; he rang us with excellent news! He was awarded the highest marks in his class for his Thesis and his practical work. Overall he gained a distinction. We are all very very proud of him, as we know how hard he has worked.

Today was the day that we would find out if Johanna was The Sunday Worlds Baby of the Year. We were all asked to go to The City West Hotel for a Gala Lunch and Drinks.
We got there at about 12'o clock and signed in. We got a load of great things for Mummy and Johanna as a gift from The Sunday World. Then it all started and they called out each baby getting even closer to the 1st place prize, then Johanna's name was called out, she had come 5th out of over 10,000 baby's and Johanna won herself a cool €1,000 for that.
We were so happy that she came so close to the top spot and a lovely set of twins won the big prize.
Rachel, Johanna, Adrian and My Mum Liz and of course myself were all there to see it and we all had a great day out.
Now we have to get the house ready for everyone that is coming to Our Little Angels Christening on Sunday 20th of June.

So far this week we were all getting ready for the visitors that will be coming this weekend and all next week.
This Saturday Johanna's Great Aunty Ada and Great Uncle Pete are flying in from Australia. Then the next day, Sunday Johanna's Great Aunties Dea and Marijke fly in from Holland.
Then next week we will have Johanna's Uncle Fran, Aunty Tanya, and Cousin Maeve & Cousin Ciaran are all flying in from the U.S.A. on Tuesday.
We will also have a lot of other family coming for Johanna's big day from Co. Kildare, Co. Cork and from Belfast Johanna's Godparents Joanne and Ger.
Johanna is still getting so big and we love her so much. It is the best thing that has ever happened to us.

Finally a weekend at home in our own house. We all went for lunch today to Daddy's Pancake Cafe. Johanna is now 60cm long and Weighs 11lbs 13oz.
She is becoming a real little girl, growing up too quick for Mummy and Daddy.

Back in Dublin today to collect the photos we had taken. Mummy and Johanna got the Dart (Train) back to Bray to meet Daddy who was at the Physio.
This was Johanna's first time on a train and she loved it so much.
Later that day we all went to Uncle Adrian's Exhibition in Dun-Laoghaire, it went great for him and it was nice to see his work on show again.
When we got home today there was a letter for the newspaper (The Sunday World) asking us to attend a Gala Lunch next Thursday in The City West Hotel in Dublin. This is to see which baby has won The Baby of The Year Competition.
As you all know Johanna is in the Final so Please Check Out The Sunday World this Sunday and VOTE for Our Little Angel to win. The number to ring will be in the paper. We can win up to €10,000 for first, 11 other winners will win €1,000 each and the last 12 will win €500, so we are going to get at least €500 COOL!

We all went shopping today in Dublin. Picked up Johanna's first Pixi photo, it's very funny as she has a big lip in it as it was taken the day after her injections.
We called into Mummy's work and they couldn't believe how big Johanna has gotten.
Johanna has now started sleeping in her own room during the day. She is getting so alert now and playing in her music gym and her play nest more and more each day.
